* 2 sets of metered documentary stamps

* 1 short brown envelope with name and profession

* Initial Registration Fee of P600

* Annual Registration Fee of P450 for 2009-2012.

Note: Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.

One thing: Just dont visit www.prc.gov.ph Site.
Because it was hacked and now flag as ATTACKED SITE so be carefull.

I used to remember back in my college days being a student-Nurse. They say Nursing is way too cool. But I tell you it's one hell of a course, it's not that I cursed Nursing but the pressure and the headaches it caused to me.

When problems try to pull me down, and it seems that I dont know what to do and where to go, still life finds its way to cheer me up. I visited youtube and searched something that could inspire me. When this video suddenly appeared.

As I watched the videos I thought it was hilarious, then time to time it seems that it pinch my heart. I was really touched by his story, and then I'm in tears. I can't stop but cry. This is life what is all about. Living it with no fear, as long as you trust HIM with all your heart, body and soul. I hope you too, will be touch by this video.

Crisis

I feel so helpless right now because of the situations I have. There is lot of discouragements that I’m facing today. Almost of my expectations are not being met. Left and right are hardships and trials. I feel I’m in a battle field by myself, independent and alone. I want to run but I don’t know where to go. I want to hide but I don’t know until when. Until I remember a story my friend told me in college. She said that somewhere in Old Testament, the Israelites also facing a battle from a huge numbers of enemies. They also felt helpless and hopeless because they’re just about a hundreds and yet their enemies are thousands. When they turn to their right, there’s an enemy. When they turn to their left, there’s also an enemy and same on their back and front as well. It’s a very difficult and hopeless situation for them.. I told my friend that probably if you were there, you might just commit suicide than to die in the hands of your enemies. Then my friend said, there’s a WAY OUT! “What??!!” I said. “How could possibly that be?” I’m thinking that there’s really no more way out. Imagine you’re in room, no door, no window, and about to squeeze you. Then how can you get out from there? I remember my friend points her finger UP in the sky and said, “There’s a WAY OUT UP there…” I was really humbled whenever I recall that story. Especially right now I’m in crisis. No money coming in my pocket, I’m certified jobless, I can't sleep comfortably and my Girlfriend is away far from me… And yet I’m still able to eat (thanks to my parents) able to use computer (even if the bills are way overdue). He still remains FAITHFUL to me though I become so BUSY of solving my problems ALONE. I forgot that He’s just UP there waiting for me to come before Him and ask Him help. Truly I realized that this battlefield is not really mine but His. And I know that I’m in this battlefield because someday it will give glory and honor to Him…someday.

I used to remember this very special occasion, aside from this moment was my Badging (Well, sabi nila student nurse na raw pag meron nang Badge ^_^ Hehehehe!) this was the first time I introduced my gurlfriend to my Parents. And it was very special to me that until now I used to remember how my gurlfriend reacted by the time I introduced her to them (Nyhahah! You should see the look on her face. Hehehe!) Peace Hone!! ^_^
